To have known of him thru Amanda.

I wished I could have been there for his memorial - not because anyone ever wants to have to go to a memorial service for a child, but so that I could have held Amanda in my arms and tried with all my might to take some of the pain from her.

I know I will never forget William. I will never forget his little life. His life and death impacted me more than I could have ever though possible. More than some of the people I see everyday. William had a very specific and powerful purpose here and I'll always hold him tenderly in my heart.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2017348918504962235.post-57466010604027890962008-03-07T11:30:00.000-06:002008-03-07T11:30:00.000-06:00It took me two days to get through both of the pos...It took me two days to get through both of the posts on William. Not because I'm a slow reader -- hey! those are fighting words! -- but because I would start crying every time and have to take a break.

These are a beautiful tribute to such a cute little boy. I didn't know him, but I know his story because of you, and I feel like I know his family. My heart is with them.Debhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13850825844277186930noreply@blogger.com
